What age group are our science camps and after school clubs aimed at?

We run science events that are designed for children aged 6 to 12. We can cater our science events for school children from 4 to 18, just contact us with your requests.

 

How long do the science camps last for?

Our camps start at 9.30am and finish at 3pm. Children can be dropped off 10 minutes before start time, please be prompt on pick up time.

 

Where and when are our science camps running?

Head to our ‘Book your event’ page where details of our upcoming events and locations can be found.

Are there any discounts available for siblings? There is a sibling discount of 10% when booked before a specific date. Head to our ‘Book you Event’ Page with the latest cut off dates for this discount.

 

What will you be teaching in the science camps?

Head to our ‘Book Now’ page and select a location and date. In the next page there will be details of what the children will be learning throughout the day.

 

Is food and drink provided?

Children will need to bring their own food and drink for the day as no provisions will be available.

 

Will photographs be available to access on social media?

For those children where prior approval has been given, pictures of the days event will be available on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pintrest page.

 

Is there a minimum number of children needed for a science camp to go ahead?

We require a minimum of 10 children to sign up to each of our science camp events. We will contact parents with as much notice as possible should there be a need to cancel the event close to the start day.

 

Cancellation policy?

If your child can no longer attend the science event then a full refund will be given with 2 or more weeks notice is given. A 50% refund will be given with 1 weeks notice. No refund will be given with less than 1 weeks notice or after the science event has started.

 

Will I need to sign anything on the day?

>There is a simple permission form for parents/guardians to sign on the morning of the event giving or rejecting approval for photgrphs to be taken on the day and used on our social media sites and website.
